JALALABAD -- Taliban members killed two "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) commanders whom they kidnapped in Bati Kot District, Nangarhar Province, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (August 29).
The Taliban killed the two commanders soon after capturing them, said the Nangarhar government.
The two ISIS members participated in killing civilians and Taliban insurgents, said the government.
