NANGARHAR -- Afghan police have arrested a 13-year-old boy whom the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) recruited to carry out a suicide attack, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (October 17).
The arrest took place during a search in Haska Mina District, Nangarhar Province, said the provincial government media office.
Police identified the teenager as Waqat, a resident of Chaparhar District.
Waqat confessed that ISIS recruited him to carry out a suicide attack, said the provincial government.
