KANDAHAR -- Unidentified gunmen killed an Afghan journalist in Kandahar Province Wednesday (April 25), TOLOnews reported.
Abdul Manan Arghand, 31, was driving in the 9th police district of Kandahar city when gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire, said his family.
Arghand worked for Kabul News TV, a local station in the capital, among other outlets.
No group immediately claimed responsibility.
