HELMAND -- Coalition forces destroyed a Taliban improvised explosive device (IED) factory Sunday (September 9) in Nad-e-Ali District, Helmand Province, Helmand's provincial media office said in a statement released Monday (September 10).
The coalition forces killed at least three Taliban members in the factory, said the statement.
Afghan forces killed another six Taliban militants in Sangin District and seized a cache of weapons and ammo, added the statement.
