KABUL -- The Afghan National Defence and Security Forces (ANDSF) killed at least 28 Taliban militants in Farah Province, the Defence Ministry said in a statement Monday (July 22).
Fighting broke out Sunday (July 21) in the Puza Sulatan Mir, Dar Abad, Haider Qala and Shur Abad areas of Farah city, the provincial capital, said the statement.
At least 18 other militants were wounded, it added.
