GHAZNI -- A US air strike killed several militants in Ghazni Province Wednesday (July 31), Khaama Press reported Friday (August 2,) citing the provincial governor's press office.
The air strike hit a Taliban gathering in Deh Yak District at about 2pm, according to the governor.
The governor said seven Taliban members were killed, while military sources put the death toll at 13.
