Woman, 3 children killed in Kabul, Nangarhar blasts
KABUL -- An Afghan woman and three children were killed in explosions in Kabul and Nangarhar Province Monday (March 13), according to media.
The woman was killed by a roadside bomb, said Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Sediqqi, according to Afghanistan Times. Police made three arrests.
Three children were killed in Khogyani District, Nangarhar Province, when a mortar shell that they were playing with exploded, provincial governor's spokesman Ataullah Khogyani told Pajhwok Afghan News.
