LOGAR -- A suicide bombing in Pul-e-Alam, Logar Province, has wounded at least 11 civilians, BBC Persian reported Tuesday (November 28) citing local officials.
The incident happened at about 10.30am Tuesday in the Baraki Barak area, said Saleem Saleh, spokesman for the Logar provincial governor.
The suicide bomber was trying to kill the provincial chief of police, who escaped unhurt, he said.
No group claimed responsibility.
