Ghani calls for joint combat against terrorism, condemns Nice massacre

KABUL -- Afghan President Ashraf Ghani July 15 strongly condemned the July 14 terrorist massacre of more than 80 people in Nice, France, and called for joint combat against the menace of terrorism, TOLO News reported.

A man in a truck drove down a seaside boulevard in Nice for 2km, running over pedestrians until police shot and killed him.

Terrorism has no boundaries or religion, Ghani said in a statement.

He extended the Afghan people's condolences to the people and government of France.
