KABUL -- Afghan special forces have killed more than 400 Taliban in the past nine months, Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said Wednesday (December 28), Khaama Press reported.
Interior Minister Taj Muhammad Jahid praised the troops' performance, Sediqqi added.
Troops on Tuesday (December 27) killed at least four Taliban in Nerkh District, Maidan Wardak Province, officials said, according to TOLO News. One soldier was injured.
