KABUL -- Taliban militants killed a bridegroom and his father on the Baghlan-Mazar highway Saturday (April 29), TOLO News reported.
The groom and his family were on their way to Mazar-e-Sharif for the man's wedding when militants attacked them in Baghlan Province, said officials, adding that four other family members were wounded.
The Taliban and Afghan troops were fighting in the area at the time, according to TOLO News.
