KABUL -- Security forces in Kabul Wednesday (May 17) foiled a co-ordinated terror plot by arresting two suspected would-be suicide bombers and killing a third, the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said, according to Pajhwok Afghan News.
The arrests and shooting took place in Chahar Sawq village, said the NDS.
The three were planning to attack crowded parts of Kabul, according to the NDS.
