JALALABAD -- Security forces killed 44 "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) militants in two districts of Nangarhar Province, Khaama Press reported Wednesday (June 7).
The troops launched air strikes in Achin and Kot districts, according to the provincial government press office.
The dead included foreign fighters, said the press office.
