KABUL -- Militants Friday (August 4) attacked a currency exchange market in Gereshk District, Helmand Province, local officials told TOLO News.
The clash between four militants and Afghan troops had not yet ceased when the provincial government confirmed it.
One day earlier, a militant car bomb killed five troops Thursday (August 3) in Gereshk District, according to the provincial government. Reports on casualties vary.
