JALALABAD -- Security forces killed 140 militants while 10 others surrendered last month in Nangarhar Province, Pajhwok Afghan News reported Monday (August 28), quoting provincial police.
Security forces conducted 18 air and ground operations in Nangarhar during that period, said provincial police.
