KHOST -- Afghan forces foiled a bomb plot in Khost Province Tuesday (March 6), the Afghan Ministry of Interior said in a statement.
Afghan National Police carried out a security operation in Zani Khel village, Ismail Khil District, where they seized a Humvee packed with explosives, according to the statement.
Terrorists were planning to carry out a deadly attack in Khost Province, according to the ministry. No arrests were reported.
