NANGARHAR -- A coalition air strike Wednesday (May 30) killed at least 17 members of the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) terrorist group in Nangarhar Province, the provincial government media office said in a statement Thursday (May 31).
The strike was carried out in the Oghaz area of Haska Mina District, said the statement.
Weapons and ammunition belonging to the militants were also destroyed, the statement added.
