MAZAR-E-SHARIF -- Afghan forces killed four Taliban fighters and wounded four others in a clash in Baghlan Province, the 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Thursday (March 28).
The fighting erupted Wednesday (March 27) at about 3pm in the Baagh Shamal and Mullayan areas of Pul-i-Khumri, the provincial capital, said the statement.
The Afghan troops suffered no casualties, according to the statement.
