BATI KOT DISTRICT, Afghanistan -- A bicycle-rigged bomb wounded 15 civilians in Bati Kot District, Nangarhar Province, Thursday (April 27), Pajhwok Afghan News reported, quoting provincial governor's spokesman Ataullah Khogyani.
The bomb blew up in crowded Hafiz Kodi Square, said Khogyani.
