GHOR -- Authorities Monday (September 4) shut down a seminary in Saghar District, Ghor Province, for allegedly facilitating terrorism, reported TOLO News.
Two mullahs from the seminary are accused of planting a land mine on the first day of Eid ul Adha, said Ghor police. The bomb injured a police officer Friday (September 1).
The bombing was plotted within the seminary, added Ghor police, who made multiple arrests there.
