HELMAND -- A coalition air strike killed at least five Taliban militants in Helmand Province, the provincial government press office said in a statement Monday (April 1).
The operation took place Monday in Musa Qala District, said the statement.
A local Taliban leader in charge of media activities, identified as Hafiz Rashed, was among those killed, it added.
Another local Taliban official was seriously wounded, the statement said.
