KABUL -- The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said in a statement Monday (June 10) that its special forces killed at least 12 commanders of the Haqqani Network in Khost Province, Khaama Press reported.
Those killed were involved in major terrorist-related activities, said the statement.
No details were given on the timing of the operation.
One militant was wounded and three were arrested, the statement added.
